All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

  • Processing Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, shipment processing may be extended. We will inform you via WhatsApp if this occurs.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Shipping within the UAE: We provide free shipping for all orders delivered within the UAE. Since our dresses are customized, designed, and tailored specifically for you, delivery typically takes 14 to 23 business days after your order is processed.
  • International Shipping: A flat fee of 200 AED applies to all international orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and can be influenced by customs or other delays. Please note that international shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

3. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, any customs duties, fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Shorouq Signature is not liable for delays caused by customs processes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delayed or missing orders, please contact us via WhatsApp at +971561511934. We will assist you in tracking your order and resolving the issue.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Shorouq Signature is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your details.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Shorouq Signature is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but not received by the customer. Please contact the carrier for assistance in such cases.

6. Damaged Items in Transit

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. Send photos of the damaged product and packaging via WhatsApp at +971561511934, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
